How I love to be busy!

I cranked out the sewing machine about a week or so ago, taught myself to install a bobbin, thread the needle, and how to sew! I can't believe I got it to work on my first try! I sewed a pink liner for a cute File-Box thing that I found at Ross, and knew I could make into a purse. Straight lines, yay! I did forget one step, but oh well - so far I'm the only person that's noticed!

As far as Crocheting goes, I made a reusable grocery bag for my boss for her birthday.
As you can see, it's very stretchy.

Next, just to finish a pair of socks (still, I know) then start Chelsea's blanket!

Don't have too terribly much going on for the next few days, lets play catch-up!

Tonight was Potluck at school, wheeee. This year's was actually pretty nice, it went by really fast! I ate more this year than I usually do. Yumm yumm. We made our Truffles to bring - got several compliments on them. We did them with white chocolate this time - I didn't think about it until later, but I should have made them PINK. Then everyone would have known who made them!

Inspired by Erica's beautiful 365 Days project (One picture a day every day!), I want to start one of my own. However, I don't want it to be of me, I'm not at all wanting that. Perhaps just a photography improvement 365, or even a Montessori 365. (Which would be hard on weekends...Hmm...) Any ideas?
